Every Astra Optix product is backed by our Handshake Warranty — a fully transferable lifetime warranty designed to give you confidence in your purchase for years to come.
To Activate Your Warranty:
Register your product with Astra Optix after purchase to activate your lifetime warranty coverage. Registration is required to be eligible for warranty service.
What's Covered:
- All manufacturing defects and product failures under normal use
- Fully transferable to subsequent owners (new owner must re-register the product to transfer coverage)
- Free return shipping on defective units (U.S. customers only)
- Free shipping on repaired or replacement units back to you (U.S. customers only)
What's Not Covered:
- Cosmetic damage
- Theft
- Unauthorized modifications
- Intentional misuse or damage
- Products not originally purchased from an authorized Astra Optix reseller
